Legal Information:
Aside from not using any information you give us for delivery and payment of products, we promise not to sell, duplicate or in any way disclose any of your information to anyone else. We may gather totals of customers and varieties ordred and that sort of statistical information in order to share it with legitimate users such as the Wine Council of Ontario (who regularly keep track of how much Ontario wine is purchased by Ontario residents) or other legitimate users.
However, we will not disclose any personal information about you or your orders.
Terms of Sale:
We promise that if you order at a certain price and the price goes up, you get the product at the price you ordered it at. We will deliver by Canada Post who require someone 19 years of age or over to accept the order.
You promise that you are at least 19 years of age and are not purchasing the wine for someone who is under 19 years of age.
You promise that you will not sue us for anything arising out of the use or consumption of the wine or for any other reason connected with that or for any other reason whatsoever and indemnify us if someone claims agaist us as a result of your purchase and/or use of the wine.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our wines, we would ask you to refrain from suing us and return the remaining portion in the bottle to us as we would be very interested in why any problem would exist, given the care and controls that we have in place.
