Description: The 2008 Unoaked Chardonnay is a lightly tropical, fruit forward Chardonnay with an
easy-drinking personality of soft green apple and refreshing pear. Its crisp,
flowing flavour makes it ideal for light poultry dishes and white fish. The
2005 Cabernet is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10%
Merlot & 10% Syrah. Purplish in colour with aromas of earth, cassis,
cedar and leather. The palate offers plenty of plum and blackberry flavors
with a touch of mocha. |
